This week is the final part to our 3 part series on emotional pain. This week we talk about how we want to begin to process pain in a healthy way. I dive in deep on 3 common tactics that we are currently using with our pain and why we are using them. I also talk about why they do not work for the purpose we want them to. And then I give you some tangible strategies to begin practicing if you want to begin the process of accepting and processing your pain, instead of avoiding it.
