Processing Publicly

It sounds kinda lame but really it's the opposite. 

I used to run from my feelings (I still do at times), but now I find myself in this place where I am able to sit in my own discomfort and look at it without fully identifying with it. I remember when I first started this journey and I wondered what it was like to not run from my emotions and what it was like to look at/move through through every moment of life through a spiritual lens. I never would have thought I would end up there so quickly, but here I am AND I AM SO GRATEFUL. 

Thank you for being here on this journey with me, and ultimately with yourself.

Everything up until this point felt like a beta test for sharing my story with the world, and now I'm ready to actually be seen. In that, I have felt called to start fresh with the podcast so that I can share in a more intentional way while keeping in mind my privacy as well as that of others as I anticipate more eyes (or ears, in this case) on me in this newly budding season of life.

While I was certainly MIA these last several months, two things have remained true: I am constantly processing my life through the lens of spirituality, and I am compelled to share that process with those who feel called to listen.
