Or transitioning from being stuck in a rut and need help creating more meaning to your life.
What is a life coach? A life coach is someone who helps bridge the gap from where you are to where you want to be. If you don’t know where you want to be, a coach helps you figure that out as well. We create goals, systems, and make new habits to be able to achieve what you want to in the next season of life.

5 questions to ask yourself in any transition:
1. What have I learned in the season I am leaving behind?
2. What mistakes have I made and how can I learn from them?
3. What emotions am I feeling as I leave the past?
4. What am I looking forward to in the next season?
5. What emotions am I feeling moving into this new season?
Things to keep in mind:
-Reflect
-Give yourself necessary time to work through an emotion
-Write it down!
-Enjoy the season you are in and don't rush to the next one
-Talk to a trusted friend, coach, or therapist
