A few students came up with this word to describe a large point from today’s homily. It combines the words Procrastination and Evangelization and speaks of a delay in sharing the good news. As humorous as this is, today’s homily is about more than this. The homily is about looking to Christ to help us increase trust within our hearts so that we’ll take those crucial steps forward.

(A side note: I’d like to clear up any confusion regarding my homily. I’m not arguing that the other disciples are at complete fault for St. Thomas’ response or doubt. To be clear, we can’t for sure know the reason for St. Thomas’ doubt or if the other Apostles carry any blame at all. Rather my intention is point out that as missionaries and disciples who are called to express truth and mercy, we should be cognizant that the expression of such truth be reflective of Christ who offered it. If this failed to be expressed in my homily I apologize)
