This thing called procrastination is a time waster and time is life. Any time lost cannot be regained. It makes one develop poor time management skills, increases your level of stress, makes you produce poor quality work amongst others. It’s important we learn to discipline ourselves to do what we ought to do at the right time even when we don’t feel like it or the task is undesirable. If you keep pushing off what you need to get done now till a later perfect time, that time may never come and you may never get it done.
