If you are in denial of how much work it will take, you may procrastinate. If you don’t shoot, you don’t score.
* Check you state of mind
Are you in a positive state of mind? If not try changing your physiology.
* Use Contrast
Compare the current state of affairs with what the ideal situation will look like.
* Accept your procrastination
Forgive yourself when you make mistakes and procrastinate.
* Plan for the worst
Do you have backup plans in place for the worst case scenarios. Maybe it’s time to create them.
* Get inspired
Know what motivates you and why. Then makes that inspiration visible to you.
* Recognize success
Track your success so that you know when you are making progress. Then celebrate that progress.
