In this clip, Dustin Lanier responds to a pair of questions from the Government Financial Officers Association after a speech on eprocurement.  The unexpected questions were “we eliminated purchasing, would this still work with no purchasing” and "if we don’t have a procurement function, how would we build the case that we should?”  Lanier responds off the cuff about the importance of procurement as the focal point between finance, business, legal and the supplier community.
