A friendly, down-to-earth yoga instructor and personal trainer, Melissa Krieger is based in Victoria, BC. She has been in the health and fitness industry for 15 years and teaches full time, logging over 6000 hours of teaching yoga! Melissa has produced two yoga DVDs, had a weekly TV segment on CHEK TV in Victoria and regularly contributes to doyogawithme.com. Aside from teaching weekly classes she also teaches workshops about pelvic floor and bladder health, presents courses and seminars at Camosun College and at fitness and yoga conferences in Victoria.
