In this series of interviews with scholars I am a fan of a conversation with Vicky Mayer, Associate Dean for Academic Initiatives and Curriculum and Professor in the Department of Communication of Tulane University, USA. Before this, she held the Louise and Leonard Riggio Professorship (2014-2019). 

In our seminar we discuss the various ways in which (media) production studies offers us valuable insights in the way media work, and how media work takes place.
