Why do you want to become more productive?
Have you ever wondered how the person that seems to have it all is able to get work done, yet still have time for his family?
People often confuse being productive with being busy. Tim Ferris, author of the 4-Hour Workweek has a great quote that is simple but true "Focus on being productive instead of being busy." Many leaders have a hard time differentiating between the two, which causes an increase in stress, decrease in efficiency and little work/life satisfaction.
One of my mentors, Jason Womack, a productivity expert, always starts with this question. Why... "Why do you want to be more productive?" When you figure out your "why" it will help you create a vision of what your life will look like if you were more productive. There are 7 tools that I share to help you become more productive and create a better integration of work and family life.
In this episode you will learn:
7 Tips Of The Productive Father
The difference between productivity and being busy
