In 2013, Wendy blazed a trail by establishing the Andrew Lloyd Webber Associate Musical Director post at the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama, nurturing aspiring musical directors’ talents. Fast forward to 2018, Wendy founded ⁠Ladies of the Stave⁠, a platform dedicated to empowering female identifying musical directors through training and networking opportunities.
