In this podcast, Prof. Willoughby and I discussed fasted cardio. Some of the things we discussed are:

.What is the proposed benefit of doing cardio fasted?

.Why do you think low intensity fasted cardio is popular amongst bodybuilders and in the fitness industry?

.Does substrate utilisation during exercise have an effect on body composition?

.You recently conducted a study on fasted cardio. Can you tell us more about that?

.What is your take home message?
