Alan Bennett is the captain of Cork City F.C. He's been playing professional football for almost twenty years in a career that's seen him feature prominently in our domestic league and also across the pond in England with a number of clubs. 

We really enjoyed this conversation as Alan gave us a real insight into the life of a professional footballer and how cut & thrust the game can be. 

It's conversations like these we had in mind from the get go when starting our podcast and looking to delve deeper into the minds of people who've done something a little different from the ordinary, safe to say this one fits the bill, phenomenal!
