Dr. Sims shares the alarming statistics regarding this silent killer among black women, ways to identify potential issues in friends and loved ones, as well as useful tools and resources for #suicideprevention and to obtain help. The episode closes out on a lighter note with a discussion about Nequosha and True's favorite dishes.
