On today’s episode of The Brain Possible Podcast, we had the opportunity to speak with Professor Claudia Gray, a pediatrician based in Cape Town, South Africa with a subspecialty in allergology. Professor Gray is currently working in the UK as an associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Cape Town as well as a specialist in her own practice, the Kidsallergy Centre. In her work, she examines all aspects of pediatric food allergies and has a keen interest in the particular correlation between food allergy and eczema.
