Today we talk about how to move forward, or move at all, when “life” happens. Sometimes you just can’t professor through when you’re also adjusting to major life events or experiencing grief. When these things happen we know that research and writing can take a backseat to your needs as a human. We chat through lowering your standards, getting the help you need to make it through, getting good with feelings, and the practices that have sustained us through our own tough times.
