The Professor sat down with Coach Rob of Touch Down Fitness. They discussed Coach Rob's experience playing football and the value of great work ethic, to his life changing tenure at Chabot College before graduating and transferring to SJSU to continue his education. His story is full of ups and downs, but head strong and willing to continue learning he spat game on how he started his training business and how he is influencing his community to lead a healthy life.
