Wow! Professor Tim Wilson joins Technical Healing this week and what a privilege and absolute joy it was to speak to Tim. Speaking about reaching the final of The Circle (series 2), Tim describes his experiences being on a reality TV show, the negative impact it had on his career and mental health, and the lack of aftercare provided by all reality television shows for the contestants. 
Tim also gives his take on mental health and well-being, advice for people that may be struggling, and much much more.
