On Friday Zuma made an application to the Constitutional Court to hear an application for the rescission of his 15-month sentence. At the same time, he made the application for stay of execution of his arrest to the Pietermaritzburg High Court.
The ConCourt has agreed to hear Zuma’s rescission application next week Monday while the High Court will hear his stay of execution arrest tomorrow.
