If you've ever visited Dubbo and the Gold Coast in the last 15 years, you may have heard of Alo Baker on the radio, making a viral food video, or in a fun TV travel documentary.

 While Alo has an extensive radio background, his deep roots are in food, and with the knack for television production, he has produced two travel shows with his mates, and now ventures solo with his own food consumption series - 'The Food Dude' for 7Mate. 

We spoke to Alo Baker about his history in hospitality, media and eating the good stuff.
