A 2015 study in Sweden found that children with entrepreneurial parents were very likely to become entrepreneurs themselves. It was actually even more likely if the child was adopted by an entrepreneur. AND it stuck to gender lines. If the mom was an entrepreneur, her daughter was more likely to be an entrepreneur.
Our kids look to us as role models. I think we know this and didn't need a study to tell us.
But what if you don't have kids? What if you feel like you're not being a good role model to kids, family, friends, the next generation as a whole?
