NICOLE MILLER - 
BIO:   I spent most of my time in restaurant management and during that time I found myself being used and undervalued. I always wanted to own my own business but didn't have the courage to make that shift. Covid hit and a severe broken bone along with a toxic work environment catapulted me to make that shift. Not having any money to start a business I simply decided to create a cleaning business. It grew slowly at first but then has really taken off. Having proven to myself that I could start a successful business I realized that cleaning is definitely not my passion. I was connected with a restaurateur through my time in management and in the cleaning business. He and his wife expressed and I witnessed having issues with their management staff and employees. I had given a presentation they had seen in the past and asked me to present 3 to their staff. After doing this I realized that I love presenting, this business is not the only one suffering from these issues and this is my passion. So I created the Content Contessa. I am now in the process of creating handbooks for various businesses to outline The Order Of Service. This Order maps out a clear and concise process for employees to give the customer service we all deserve in the consumer world. I also want to teach employees to be assets to a business instead of just a body . Implementing these and good leadership practices can increase a businesses bottom line by over half.
