ABOUT THE GUEST: Felicia Davis is an author, award-winning leadership coach, and advisor to women leaders. She's a former HR executive and the CEO and Founder of the Black Women’s Collective. Known for her one-of-a-kind, no-nonsense approach to empowering leaders, Felicia offers knowledge, skills, and expertise that have been leveraged by companies such as Schwab, SRP, Take the Lead, T-Mobile, and Pepperdine University. Felicia firmly believes that all success is orchestrated and you must earn the right to lead. She is a recipient of the prestigious 2020 Martin Luther King “Living the Dream” Award, and the impact of her work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal and various other media outlets. She’s married to her husband of 26 years, they have three adult children, and she surprisingly turned down an invitation to be on The Oprah Winfrey Show and admits to having a bit of an obsession with great fashion, good books, and gummy worms!
