Part 2 of the 2020 Season Ending Episode.      
In part two of this three part episode, Tracy and I rant about the difference between Pilates and Yoga and the effect the pandemic has had on both our lives.  I learn quite a lot about myself , and while pouring the libations, Tracy seems to have a far better handle on keeping the conversation threads together than I do.  She coins the term "Cidiots", which describe Manhattan dwellers that make a summer- exodus to the Hampton's and bring their "citi-like" behavior to the clam beach community.  Rich and Tracy take a French-only spoken yoga class in Montreal and Rich's foreign language dyslexia kicks in....and Laser Skeet....so unsatisfying because ya can't blow shit up.
