Today we dive in deep inside mindset and self love. This is by far the most important yet most difficult thing to conquer throughout life or a dramatic change in life. Society now a days has painted this picture of how we should look. For females it's, Thin waist, skinny body, thing legs, broad shoulders, and flat tummy. For men it's, big biceps, 6 pack abs, 6% BF year round, ect. Are these realistic for everyone? Are these standards we should live by? Better yet, is this the definition of perfection? The definition of perfect is: having all the required or desirable elements, qualities, or characteristics; as good as it is possible to be.

 

"As good as it is possible to be". So not even the definition can say perfect means flawless or without imperfections. Your body, health, and life is YOURS. No one knows it, no one has your body, no one struggles like you do, no one is you but YOU! With this being said. strive for progress not perfection. In this episode I touch 3 big topics that create the mindset of "I need to be perfect to be happy". I also share a very inspiring quote within this podcast episode, and it goes like this: "You can not go back and change the beginning, but you can start now and change the ending". Do something today to make a better tomorrow!
