One would think that since wars are so bad, other countries will desist or refrain from engaging in it after the very first one. However, there still continues to be wars within and between countries today. Well one obvious reason why wars still happen is because someone certainly benefits from it. But why do we truly hate wars?May I suggest that as individuals, we hate wars because it rubs us of our peace.Join us this week as we discuss the concept of peace, how to purse it, and what we can do to maintain it. In a rapidly changing world, there is no listing of the various things that steal our peace. Sin deprives us of peace with God our maker, thus we seek salvation. In fact, peace is one of the first this a person receives through salvation.Every person, country, empire, entity, or company seeks growth and growth is progressive. However, there can be no real progress in the absence of peace and peace comes by doing what is right.
