Progressive Action had a chance to interview NYC subway conductor Jabari Caughman and former released union rep under Roger Toussaint and now retired bus operator John Easley. Easley informed us on what goes on at 2 broadway (the discipline mill), how he was very successful at "kicking ass" at 2 broadway and a few of his strategies and techniques. He also informed us on how the working relationships are at 2 broadway with union reps and labor relations and how it negatively affect the membership.
