1 Timothy 4:16. Progressive Christianity prioritizes morality over doctrine. It says how you live, how you behave is more important that what you believe. That what really matters to God is that you’re a good and gracious and kind person and the particulars about what you believe don’t matter near as much. What if teaching people good theology, good doctrine, where they understood the Word of God thoroughly is not the problem, but is actually the solution?
