Welcome back to Project 20! ๐ŸŽ‰ Week 5 is in the books, and I'm definitely feeling the fatigue. This week introduced Bulgarian split squats into my leg strength sessions, adding a new challenge to my routine. ๐Ÿ’ช

This weekโ€™s highlights:

  • Discovering Bulgarian split squats
  • Managing fatigue from strength training
  • Balancing streak running with new exercises

The fatigue is real, but I'm staying disciplined with my Zone 1 and Zone 2 runs. Let's see how next week goes as I push through this challenging phase. ๐Ÿš€
