Welcome back to Project 20! 🎉 Week 6 is done, and it’s been a much better week! Despite starting the week feeling fatigued, a successful track session on Tuesday gave me a big mental boost. 💪

This week’s highlights:

  • Struggling with fatigue but finding hope in a great track session
  • The ongoing challenge of Bulgarian split squats
  • Seeing the progress and trusting the process

Feeling more confident in the training plan and excited for the weeks ahead. Let’s see what Week 7 brings! 🚀
