Project Cost Controls Program (PCCP) for Construction Project
Hi everyone. Greetings of the day. I have designed a PROJECT COST CONTROLS PROGRAM (PCCP) to control EPC (construction) project costs so they can be within or even under-budgeted through four (4) Project Cost Controls Reports generated: PROJECT COST CONTROL, PROJECT CASH FLOW, PROJECT COST BALANCES, and PROJECT COST BREAKDOWN for upcoming 1year project operation JANUARY to DECEMBER 2024. Through this Project Cost program, you can control project costs every day so they do not exceed the project budget, however, if it happens, will soon be found in advance because they will appear in red-colored, then this shall be your concern to find out what causes, find solutions, and take decisions. Also, you can check project costs in the previous month by simply changing the number in the MONTH OF section in PROJECT COST CONTROL REPORTS. This program consists of 6 worksheets: entry sections, home (head) office expenses, site expenses, project cost control report, and project cash flow report with its bar-curves with 19 main cost classifications by cost codes starting from a till s, project cost balance, and project cost breakdown. This program is specifically for large-scale EPC (construction) projects covering up to 30,000 transactions per year (2,500 per month or 100 per day) and updateable for the next reporting period (year), so a 1-time purchase will be valid forever, and to ease its operation, I will attach the operating instructions. If requested or time and chances allow me, I can become a mentor until you operate this cost program well.
