If you're not a PM, but find yourself being delegated projects to oversee, people to manage, and deadlines to meet under budget, then this book is an excellent read! It's written in a very easy style. If you're an underliner, you'll have to be careful - the author makes so many good points, and outlines the five principles of project management in a very clear and understandable way. I found that I could easily implement so many of his ideas and suggestions.
