Welcome to our Project Management series. This will be five consecutive episodes on Project Management. It is not intended to be a replacement for a Project Manager class rather it will provide you with some some information to help you make an informed decision on whether or not to become a Project Manager or invest in project management training.  This podcast will be broken into five episodes

Episode One - We will define what is a project, project management, and project manager

Episode Two- We will cover stakeholders and their roles within a project. What are the differences between internal and external stakeholders

Episodes Three and four we will cover the 5 phases of Project ManagerThose phases are -Initiating -Planning -Executing - Monitoring and Controlling -Closing and specifically how they specifically apply to ICT.

And finally Episode five, We will talk about Project Manager certification by covering BICSI’s RTPM and PMI’s PMP certificates. We want to know which is better.
