In August of 2020 I was done. I decided to take a break from social media. It was one of the best decisions of my life.

Since that point I’ve gotten back on it. It’s slowly addicted me again. I hate it but it’s the first place I go when I open my phone.

I’m not one of those people who believe social media is purely evil though. I believe there’s good use to it. I believe real connection can come from it. But we have to learn to become the true masters instead of letting it rule us.

This is my journey learning to master social media consumption and using it to strengthen my relationships.
