You’ve heard the saying “It takes a village to raise a child”, but it also takes a village to raise them up to be a leader. That’s the mission of a leadership initiative called Project Wy. Last year the programme had more than 100 families and future leaders from 10 schools involved, mostly in South Auckland. Project manager and co-ordinator Essendon Tuitupou, Principal at Wymondley Primary School Fleur Petelo and teacher at Roscommon Primary School Terry Televave all join Pacific Breakfast for more.
