Project Zebra is a collaborative effort between business leaders, ASCM, educators, and technologists to define and test outside-in supply chain planning processes. Today's processes are inside-out using enterprise data. The focus of Project Zebra is to design strategies that can bi-directional orchestrate across plan, sell, make, deliver, and source.  This webinar summarizes the group's work to document the "as is" and "to be" states. The next phase is the test phase of two capabilities: Market-driven Demand Management and the Market-Driven Knowledge Graph. The question remains, can business leaders change their stripes, like a zebra, and adapt based on process innovation.
