Possible vintage inspiration for the EVA suits. The more I delve into Prometheus, the more vintage connections I find, like the aforementioned movie, Things to Come. Nothing is created in a vacuum of course, but I appreciate that while Prometheus is futuristic, it drew inspiration from very old sources.
