The message, "PROMISES", for the Fourth  Sunday in Advent focuses on the following Scriptures: 2 Samuel 7:1-11, 16; Psalm 89:1-5; Romans 16:25-27 and the Gospel Lesson which is written in Luke Chapter 1, verses 26-38.  The message begins at about the 5-minute and 6-second mark and is followed by the prayers.
