Students and families at Promontory School of Expeditionary Learning gathered recently for an evening focused on Samoan culture, dance and storytelling. The event featured third- and fourth-grade students who participated in a study of the Samoan Sasa, a traditional communal dance emphasizing rhythm, cooperation and shared responsibility.
