Host Bree Gordon talks with Shine MSD President, Joe Garrity and board certified art therapist, Alicia Ballestas.  ShineMSD is a non-profit that provides trauma informed creative arts therapy services for the Parkland community in the aftermath of the school shooting at Stoneman Douglas High School.  Joe and Alicia discuss the benefits of creativity while coping with loss and change as well as the challenges of providing support to others while experiencing collective trauma as a provider or parent.
