This week Nick Averwater continues his conversation with Glen Schneider, an instructor at VanderCook College of Music in Chicago, and creator of musicmastery.band, a personalized online teaching resource designed for students for whom private lessons aren't an option. 
Glen has over 20 years of experience as a band director, and in the last episode we learned all about musicmastery.band, but this week we're going to learn much more about his personal philosophies and techniques for promoting individual musicianship in an ensemble setting. He'll also tell us more about some of the ways Vandercook College supports the music education community.
