In today's hyper competitive environment of youth sports, kids are starting to workout at a younger and younger age. The old adage that "lifting weights will stunt a kids growth" has been debunked many times over at this point. However, starting a kid's training without building the fundamentals first can be detrimental to their long term development. In episode 83 of the Next Gen Radio Podcast, we discuss the evolution of youth training inside of Next Generation Training Center.
