Tony is the Commercial Real Estate Chairman for Asian Real Estate Association of America, Atlanta Chapter, and on the Board of Directors with Georgia Vietnamese Chamber of Commerce.

In 2020, Tony founded his own real estate team, The NXT Team, aimed to build leaders and influencers in the real estate industry, and to scale his scope of services for his clients. In Tony's first year as a real estate agent, he closed over 24 deals and $4M in total real estate volume, qualifying him to be a recipient of the 2020 NAMAR Million Dollar Club award. Tony’s team helps investors in residential, multifamily, and commercial real estate, and have their own in-house property management team in the Atlanta Metro Area.
