Does New Zealand have a problem with property managers?

An Anglican Advocacy report contains first-hand accounts from landlords and tenants across the country, facing issues from negligence to deceit and manipulation from property managers.

Joylan White, Director of Anglican Advocacy, told Mike Hosking its clear tenants don't have a way of avoiding dodgy mangers because their options are limited.

" We need a way of licensing and regulating property managers if we are going to be able to protect tenants."
