Prophecying is a part of our everyday life. There are two different ways in which we can prophesy. First, when someone led by the Spirit of God is playing music or ministering and edifying others, whether in revelation or the edification of Christ Jesus, which is in the love of God in faith, they are prophecying in Truth. However, too often, people falsely prophesy according to the flesh to others, stopping those they are predicting to from hearing the truth and entering the kingdom of God.
The scriptures used in the lesson today are 1 Corinthians 14:29-40, 1 Chronicles 25:1, Joshua 18:3-6, Amos 3:8, Ephesians 4:3-8, Matthew 13:44-46, Jeremiah 23:21-27.
