As he was plotting Jesus’ death, the high priest Caiaphas stated that it would be better for this one man to die so they could save the people. Although he didn’t intend to be a prophet, he declared God’s ultimate plan to save the people. As Pastor Bill teaches today, with the death and resurrection of Jesus, all men can be saved. God replaced the system of sacrificing lambs for the forgiveness of sins with the death of His Son, forever abolishing the need for those sacrifices. Believing this saves anyone!
