Interestingly, we learn that there are tunnel technologies employed in creating these structures, alongside some unsettling stories of people hearing voices from beneath the ground in their homes.

Joseph also shares a clip detailing the exact amounts spent on these underground tunnels and how these funds are unaccounted for because they’re classified as a black budget, accessible only to authorized individuals. We learn that North Korea has over four hundred underground nuclear bases, but intriguingly, the U.S. has many more.

Furthermore, in that same broadcast, Joseph shares that there would be revelations surrounding alien entities in connection with these underground cities. He believes that many secrets are hidden in these subterranean worlds or cities, and asserts that a substantial portion of our resources is used to fund these underground projects.
