Hampshire County Council want to introduce a scheme designed to reduce delays on the county’s busiest roads, whilst raising extra revenue for highway maintenance.

It is hoped to incentivise companies to improve their planning, and work outside of the peak times of travel.

They are looking for the scheme to commence from Spring 2026.
