Pastor Clyde asks the question: “Would you like to experience the blessing of God in new ways in 2017?”  The way is rooted in scripture as we see reading Psalm 1 this morning.  It’s very easy to allow ourselves to become distracted in a modern technological and ‘eye catching’ world that we live in today and be led in an ungodly direction.  Scripture tells us that “Blessed is the man who walks not in the council of the ungodly”.  We need to seek council and wisdom from the Spirit breathed Word of God and to dwell on the messages within night and day in order to keep our eyes on Him alone.  Psalms 1 tells us that this is the way to live in order to ‘yield fruit’ and ‘prosper’; to be blessed by God.  “Prosper in the Word” 1st January 2017.
