Forming a relationship with God isn't something you just have to do when you feel like you are perfect.
God loves you as you are. I think the key to a happy life is allowing him in your life and trusting him more than you trust yourself and what you can see with your eyes.
This is one of my favorite topics to talk about right now.
I think it is important to have a healthy diet but I think long run clean eating needs to be converted in to flexible dieting so you don't relapse.
Peoples bodies are also different and respond to things differently.
